The Centre is particularly important in awakening us to the studies on why and how Presidential Decisions, Parliamentary and Local Council Debates, Motions, Bills and Laws are arrived at, and the consequences to the Institutions, Nation(s) and Communities.

Activities
- Conduct research and studies on Presidential, Parliamentary and Local Council decisions and their consequences.
- Conduct deliberative polling for leaders and communities to engage.
- Enhance training in the political economy of decision-making.
Training programme
The Centre's training programmes take on participants who have demonstrated interest in Presidential, Parliamentary and Local Council decisions; a desire for a career in public office and leadership; the wish to build capacity in career diplomacy and global or regional leadership; or an interest in gaining insight as early-career researchers in Presidential, Parliamentary and Local Council studies.
